TWO OF YOU
At Binôme, we are convinced that the most beautiful events are born from a well-balanced alchemy: that between rigor and creativity, demanding standards and conviviality, business and pleasure.
We are Paul and Salomé, two people passionate about event planning, gastronomy, and human relationships. Together in life and at work, we form a complementary duo where each brings our own touch.
Paul is the conductor of the operations: precise, responsive and always on the ground, with a smile to boot, even when the caterer panics.
Salomé is the relationship strategist: listening to clients as well as partners, she imagines, anticipates and transforms each project into a beautiful story.
Each has their specialty, but it's together that the magic happens: he thinks logistics, she thinks experience. Together, they create memories.
From design to completion, we support you with the same philosophy: attention to detail, a love of a job well done and a good dose of shared pleasure.
Because a successful event is like a perfect food and wine pairing: it can't be improvised, it's built by two people. And that's where Binôme comes in.

Salome
Originally from Burgundy, Salomé grew up in a region where wine and gastronomy are much more than a tradition: a true philosophy of life. Passionate about the art of hospitality and the pleasures of the table, she cultivates a sincere and demanding approach to event planning, where every detail counts.
From the Luxembourg corporate scene of the Paperjam Business Club to tastings orchestrated with the Best Sommelier of France, to her commercial experience within the Taste Club, Salomé has refined a vision of event planning that is human, elegant and rigorous.
With over 300 events designed and coordinated, she now puts this expertise to work on projects that combine emotion, excellence and a sense of sharing.
Paul
Before making reception halls vibrate, Paul cultivated gardens. A graduate in landscape architecture, he learned to think about spaces and tell stories through matter and light.
Today, as Event and Operations Manager at The Taste Club in Paris, he orchestrates tailor-made events bringing together up to 3,000 participants for prestigious brands.
His hallmarks: meticulous organization, seamless logistics, and an attention to detail inherited from his training as a landscape architect. Beyond technical skills, Paul cultivates a genuine passion for human relationships and building connections.
Rigorous, responsive and creative, he sees each project as a living scenography, at the crossroads of art, service and emotion.
His mantra: "Event planning is like a garden: you have to prepare it, cultivate it, and savor it when everything blooms."
